How to access Foleon Analytics
You can easily access Foleon Analytics by clicking on the three dots of any published Foleon Doc and selecting Foleon Analytics.
When a Doc has been taken offline (unpublished), you'll still be able to see the analytics from when it was online (published).
⚠️ A Doc's preview link (e.g., https://example.viewer.foleon.com) is not tracked with Foleon Analytics. To see data in Foleon Analytics, share the URL of your published Foleon Doc (e.g., https://example.customdomain.com).
Controls for Foleon Analytics
Change the date range
Once in the Foleon Analytics dashboard, you can switch to other Foleon Docs for analysis. Next, you can change the date range of your data in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
⚠️ The report only shows data from the last month by default. Do you want to gain insights from before that? Change the settings in the date range field. You can go back to the day you first published your Doc.
Download your report as a PDF
You can easily download a PDF file of the analytics report to share insights with others. After you click on download report and select the PDF option, your download will start immediately.
