You might want to check your subscription with Foleon, or download an invoice to pass on to your finance department. In this article, we show you how to manage your subscription in the dashboard.
💡 This functionality is only available to the admin user(s) in your account.

Where to find your subscription details
In the dashboard, click on Account on the left-hand side of your screen. In the tab Subscription, you'll see the Manage subscriptions window.
Subscription details
When you click on your current plan, you will see the subscription details and additional products of your Foleon plan.
In the example below, the subscription on contract is the Essentials plan, with the Marketing Tools add-on.
In the subscription details window, you can learn more about your current subscription with Foleon.Depending on your contract, you'll be able to view the following details:
- When your subscription will end (at the end of contract term).
- Renewal date - When your subscription is set to renew.
- Renewal type - How your subscription gets renewed. This can be "auto-renew", "no auto-renew" or "given notice".
When you click on subscription terms, you will see the Contract Summary window. Here you are able to check the time period of your current contract and its billing cycles.
⚠️ If you don't want your contract to renew (when you auto-renew your subscription), you have to mind the "Cancel before" date. Please reach out to our Customer Success Management team for more information.
Account information
Your account information contains details about your company and also doubles as your billing information.
💡 It's not possible to change your company name here. To change your billing details, please contact support@foleon.com.
Once you click on your account details, you'll be able to edit your contact information such as your email address and phone number.
Billing & Shipping addresses
In this tab, you'll be able to view billing and shipping addresses. Click on your personal information to edit this information.
Payment methods
In this tab, you can add the payment method of your choice. There are three payment methods that you can choose from:
- Credit card
- Paypal
- Direct Debit
Billing History
Under billing history, you’ll find all invoices (for your subscription and additional products) and their status. You can download the listed invoices here by clicking on the Download button.

⚠️ It can take up to 1 week for the status of your invoice(s) to change. If you need an invoice from before April 2020, please contact our support team.
